Studio season: your first 30 days of HyperTribe Solo for £1.
Start for £1Last updated: October 2026.
These terms are a contract between you and HyperTribe Music Services Ltd (company number 14184929, registered in England and Wales, “HyperTribe”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of HyperTribe and your membership. By creating an account, starting a membership, or using the service you agree to these terms. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you join on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms.
You are responsible for the information you give us, for keeping your login details secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@hypertribe.com if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
HyperTribe is offered as a monthly membership. Current tiers and standard prices are:
What each tier includes is described at the point of sign-up and on our pricing page. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.
Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly in advance. When you join, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the membership fee for your tier, and to charge it again automatically at the start of each monthly billing period until you cancel. Each renewal is for a further one-month term.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend or downgrade your access until payment succeeds. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.
Under the Studio Season offer, your first 30 days of HyperTribe Solo cost £1. This is an introductory price. Unless you cancel before the 30-day introductory period ends, your membership automatically continues and renews at the standard Solo price of £29 per month, and each month after that, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time during the introductory period to avoid being charged the standard price — see section 6. The offer applies to new Solo members only and may be limited to one per person.
You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us at hello@hypertribe.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your membership — and the benefits that come with it — remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which it ends and you will not be charged again.
Membership fees already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or we agree one at our discretion. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where you ask us to start the service immediately, you accept that if you then cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period we may charge for the service you have already used up to that point.
We may change membership prices or what a tier includes. If a change affects the price you pay on renewal, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before it takes effect, so you can cancel before the new price applies if you do not wish to continue.
Payments are processed by our payment providers (currently Stripe, and checkout hosted by Circle). Parts of the service rely on third-party platforms and integrations. Your use of those is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or remove access that breaches these rules.
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a licence to host, store, and process it so we can provide and improve the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to the content you upload.
We work to keep HyperTribe available and useful, but we provide the service “as is” and do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or withdraw features from time to time.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that is not a foreseeable result of our breach, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. HyperTribe is a membership and support service and does not guarantee any particular commercial outcome, audience growth, or revenue.
You can end your membership at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or end your membership if you materially breach these terms or if we are required to by law, and we will give you reasonable notice where we can.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your home nation.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version, and we will tell you about material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
